The day it all began! After going to the same high school and only speaking a handful of times, we reconnected in Central Florida at an off-roading event! The day was planned by Joe and my dad, and I'm convinced it was all a ploy to get us together. After this day, we started DMing and then texting nonstop.

Our first trip together AND the day Joe asked me to be his girlfriend! We went up to Daytona Beach, FL with the intention of driving on the beach and getting out of our parents' houses. We camped in Ormond Beach and Joe taught me how to fish! At one point during the trip, Joe was on the phone with a friend and said "yeah, I'm here with my girlfriend for the weekend." As you can imagine, my eyes got wide and I couldn't help but smile, but I was trying to be cool and told Joe that he needed to ask me a question before he can call me that. We spent the rest of our trip driving on the beach, playing mini golf, and visiting Kennedy Space Center. When we were driving home and talking about what a great weekend it was, Joe said that it was almost perfect but it could have been better if I was his girlfriend! He finally got the hint and was pretty smooth!

The beginning of a life of adventures! From early in our relationship, we realized our shared love for nature and discovering new places. This trip was another one to Central Florida where we hiked down to a cave!

My 21st birthday and Joe's visit to FSU! After months of us traveling between Fort Lauderdale and Tallahassee to visit each other any chance we could, we got to spend my birthday weekend together! Little did we know that the long distance part of our relationship was about to be replaced with the complete opposite, quarantining together.

Our first trip to North Carolina! We fell in love with the mountains almost as quickly as we fell for each other!

Christmas in our first apartment together! We were so excited to decorate our tree and start new traditions together!

Quick trip to the Keys for the weekend! Joe surprised me with a sunset cruise on a 1939 schooner!

There's nothing we can't accomplish when we're by each other's side!

We spent time in England with Joe's extended family! We went off on our own to see the sights in London and we racked up nearly 30,000 steps!!

Joe proposed during a beautiful sunset when we were camping in Maggie Valley, NC. We were shaking with nerves but also shivering because it was only 19 degrees outside! It was the most incredible night! Shortly after, Joe's family came up and we celebrated Thanksgiving together as one big family!

After moving across the country together to start our new lives in Dallas, we're planning a wedding! We can't wait for you to join us in celebrating!
